Why do people keep pets?

If you have a dog and you come home from school and see a wagging tail and get a nice lick on the face no wonder it's called the mans best friend.

Maybe you have a cat at home instead. When you're down in the dumps, your furry and purry friend is sure to be there to snuggle up beside you to let you know everything is going to be just fine. Cats make great cuddle buddies any time of the day.
